Kitchen is our stomach. Contemporary arts concerning kitchen reconsider and inquire its nature and social significance. Some explore recipes and cookery in a personalized and imaginary way, some criticize the inherent sexual pressure in family spaces, and others reflect on the rituality and memory of kitchens via videos. When exhibiting space were transferring into kitchens, though human nature could break the structure of signs and originate interacting ways of more affective communication, food and kitchen, two traditional subjects continues, toward further and deeper, and to the open and harmonious of a human society. |
